Hari Raya Aidilfitri fell on the 5th and 6th of June this year. It was celebrated at SMK Bangsar on the 28th of June. Many people attended the Hari Raya open house at SMK Bangsar on that day. Visitors to the event also enjoyed a spread of local dishes like beehoon sup, laksa, satay, nasi himpit, nasi lemak, lemang, roti John, chicken rendang, cendol, cookies, various kuih muih, and a variety of local fruits. There was plenty of food for everyone and everyone was happy eating, drinking, and rejoicing.
This grand celebration was held at Dataran Ar-Rahman, the place where our assemblies are held. Also present at the open house was our special guest YDP PIBG, Encik Sharudin bin Ahmad. The series of photos below (which I took on that day) clearly depict this grand celebration in chronological order.
